Terms of Service

Welcome to Gluno. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gluno platform, operated by Quantum Foam Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please also review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.

1. Platform Description

Gluno is a resource discovery platform that connects entrepreneurs with funding opportunities, programs, mentors, webinars, and curated pathways relevant to their venture stage and goals. The platform provides:

• A searchable, filtered library of entrepreneurial resources
• Personalized resource recommendations based on your venture profile
• Curated pathways guiding you through key stages of building a venture
• Access to live and recorded webinars from experienced founders
• Tools to save and track resources relevant to your journey

Gluno aggregates and curates third-party resources for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of any third-party resource, program, or funding opportunity listed on the platform.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Gluno, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when creating your account and venture profile
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
• Not reproduce, redistribute, or resell platform content without our written permission
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

You are solely responsible for any actions taken through your account. If you become aware of any misuse of your account, please contact us immediately.

3. Payment Terms

Free Tier

Gluno offers a free tier that provides access to basic resource discovery features. No payment information is required to create a free account.

Core Subscription

The Core tier is available at $10.00 USD per month. Core subscribers receive access to all platform features, including personalized recommendations, full pathway access, priority webinar access, and opportunity alert emails.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis starting from the date of your upgrade
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle
• All prices are in USD and are subject to applicable taxes

Cancellation

You may cancel your Core subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period, after which you will be downgraded to the free tier. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, code, and branding — including the Gluno name and logo — are the property of Quantum Foam Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights to platform content.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform (such as your venture profile information). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use that content for the purpose of providing and improving the platform.

5. Account Termination

Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your settings. Upon account closure, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any active subscription will not be refunded for the remaining period.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continuing to provide access would expose us or others to legal or reputational harm. If your account is terminated for a violation, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Foam Studios and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Gluno platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $10.00 USD.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration proceedings shall take place in Austin, Texas. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of Gluno after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
